Happy Holiday!!

Na, I'm just kidding.  We don't eat bunnies at our house.  Heck, we barely eat meat.  A few years ago I switched from making the traditional Easter ham dinner to the New Traditional 2 selections of Lasagna, one with red sauce and one seafood alfredo, yum!

Wishing everyone a happy holiday, not matter what holiday you celebrate.  If its not a holiday for you, the have a terrific Sunday.

  6. Hmmm... can't say I haven't... and I love it! (both the chocolate and the furry types) I know it sounds terrible, but it's part of the Portuguese gastronomy... and yes, we eat the oddest but tastiest things!
The lasagna sounds great though :) as Garfield says, I haven't met a lasagna I didn't like!
Happy Easter, Carol, with tons of love around you. And love from this end of the World too!

  8. Thanks Carol. Hope you had a great holiday too. Lasagna sounds great. For some reason I've been missing your posts. I don't know why they are not showing up. I'll have to check back and see if I just missed them or they didn't show up. Take care.

  9. I was so busy getting ready for Easter and visiting with family I ended up offline for a while. I had a wonderful Easter and hope you did too. We had ham for those who love it and spaghetti for those who don't!
