A New Stitch Learned-Netted Rope

I have a friend who made a beautiful bracelet using this stitch. She encouraged me to try it too and I fell in love with it. I am not crazy to wear beaded bracelets, but I will turn this into a necklace. This section is 8 inches long made with 6's and 8's. I am thinking I will add 2 more sections using smaller beads.

  6. This looks so supple. I made (or have halfway done and stalled) one with peyote but it's stiff. What B&B was this from. I may just have to go back and start over. Yuck, but I want to like my necklace in the end. Your piece is gorgeous.

  7. The issue of B&B that I used was August 08, page 34. I just happened to have alot of the same beads the designer used on the rope.
